Vadend

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 10, 2025

The Vadend mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is provided by Vadend (“Vadend,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may revise, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Where permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By opting in to the Vadend SMS/text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Vadend at the mobile number you provide, even if your number appears on state or federal Do Not Call registries. Messages may be delivered through automated dialing systems or similar messaging technologies. Service-related communications may include alerts, reminders, notifications, or updates (e.g., account notices, order information). Promotional messages may include offers, incentives, and marketing content (e.g., exclusive deals or cart reminders).

Enrollment in this messaging program is not required to make a purchase. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition for buying products or services from Vadend.

We do not charge a fee for using the Service; however, standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Message frequency may vary. You are solely responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. For assistance, text HELP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further communications will be sent unless initiated by you. If you are subscribed to additional Vadend messaging programs, you must opt out separately from each one unless otherwise required by law.

We may change the phone number or short code used to deliver the Service at any time and will inform you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages sent to a discontinued number or short code including STOP or HELP requests may not be received, and Vadend is not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.

Wireless carriers participating in the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-enroll using your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Vadend is not responsible for delays, failures, or inaccuracies in message delivery, nor for any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the Service or its content.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

To understand how Vadend collects and uses personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
